Our vision

We aim to be a safe, welcoming place for everyone who loves word games. We bring classic Taboo cards into the digital age so anyone with an internet connection can play for free. Advertising revenue supports hosting and improvements; we do not charge players.

Why we keep it free

Taboo is social by nature and should be easy for anyone to enjoy. That is why the site is completely free. You can play without signing up, suggest words, and join the leaderboard. Ads are our main way to fund the service, placed to keep disruption as low as possible.

A user-focused approach

We take feedback seriously. Messages from word suggestions, bug reports, and the contact form are reviewed and answered as soon as we can. The leaderboard, scoring, and word workshop keep evolving to encourage community contributions. Suggested words are moderated before they enter the pool so everyone can take part fairly.

Security and privacy

Protecting personal data matters to us. Under our privacy policy, data is used only to improve quality and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data to third parties and we follow KVKK and GDPR principles where they apply.
